Sales Policy for Piglets

We are delighted to offer a selection of piglets, both registered and unregistered, to meet the needs of diverse farming and breeding practices.

Deposit and Reservation

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve any registered piglet. This deposit ensures that your piglet is held for you until it is ready to leave our farm.

• Registered piglets are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Weaning and Pickup

• Our piglets are weaned at approximately 8 weeks of age. We will coordinate with you to schedule a convenient pickup time around the weaning period.

Vaccinations

• In line with our commitment to natural rearing practices, we do not routinely vaccinate our piglets. However, vaccinations can be administered upon request only if a deposit has been made. This policy allows us to cater to specific health requirements for piglets that will travel or need particular care.

Health Certificates

• We can provide health certificates for an additional fee. This service is recommended for buyers who require proof of health for transportation or registration purposes.

Deworming

• All piglets, both registered and unregistered, undergo a deworming process to ensure they start off healthy and thrive when they transition to their new homes.

Registration and Paperwork

• All registered piglets will come with the necessary paperwork from the American KuneKune Pig Society (AKKPS). This documentation validates the pedigree and registration of the piglets, supporting their future breeding potential.

• We practice responsible animal husbandry and are committed to the welfare of our pigs. We offer ongoing guidance and advice to all our customers to help ensure that our piglets thrive in their new environments.
